As most of you already know, when I moved to Georgia to become a full-time missionary with Adventures in Missions, God gave me a vision to start a small fitness business, Triumph Fitness, to serve people and see them fully alive in body, soul, and spirit. This blog isn't about an adventure overseas or something heavy that the Lord has taught me, but it is a part of His dream.
