In the past few years alone, Haiti has experienced extreme hardship, or 'judgement' as some people might call it.

No matter how we look at it, spiritual healing is a cry of the Haitian people and redemption is at hand. This is the heart of our Father and we are to be ministers of reconciliation.

From the earthquake that killed over 230,000 people in 2010 to the cholera outbreaks over the past year that left over 7,509 dead, Haiti has been struck with a fatal blow and left wailing in desperation.

Two weeks ago, Hurricane Isaac crushed the hearts of Haiti leaving another open wound.

My question is: As one unit in Christ, what are we going to do about it?

On Tuesday, September 11th, I will travel back to Haiti with Resurrection Baptist Church of San Antonio, TX to be just that, ministers of love and reconciliation in conjunction with the Haitian people of God already at work.

Pray as the Spirit leads and remember these beautiful people as you faithfully move about your day.
